We welcome everyone willing to donate time and expertise. We have developed a three-phase approach to the Village build, and you can volunteer your time and talent for any of the three phases.
Gardening and landscape
The Village grounds should look like the park they are. People with gardening and landscaping skills are needed.
Handyman
As with any property, things break. We need people who can fix and repair them when they do.
Manual labour
There is a constant need to move, shift and place things. Strong backs and willing hands are desperately needed.
Your volunteerism and expertise are essential to our goal of transitioning every resident into the local job market. To take one example of how broad that help can be: a local certified adult learning educator plans to provide leadership and resiliency training, and certification, to any resident who completes the course.
